With abstract records broken and sessions now open
You'll find it all here
It’s the most wonderful Kscope next year.
It’s the hap-happiest crowd of all
With those networking chimes and tutorial times
When friends come from all
Parts of the world-worldliness for y’all.
There’ll be parties for hosting
Marshmallows for toasting
And Community events for you to go
There'll be Deep Dive stories
And tales of the glories of
Kscopes long, long ago.
It’s the most wonderful Kscope next year
We’re going to Texas
So be sure to check us
And don’t miss the good cheer
It's the most wonderful time of the year!

ODTUG is once again excited to announce our continued support of the newest members of the Oracle community. The ODTUG Kscope17 New Oracle Professional Scholarship application is now open to 2014 graduates and beyond. With this program, we are proud to make a commitment to help new Oracle professionals and junior associates attend Kscope17. Why should new Oracle professionals apply? ODTUG will pay half the price of a full Kscope17 registration for those who are accepted!
The New Oracle Professional Scholarship is a great way to support the ODTUG mission:
To establish members as leaders in their organizations through education, timely access to the latest information, communication, and networking within the community, and provide a united voice to influence the strategic direction of Oracle and other vendors.

Participate in Giving Tuesday!
The Tuesday after Thanksgiving is a day many have designated as Giving Tuesday on Twitter and other social networks. In addition to using the #GivingTuesday hashtag, many non-profit organizations create their own unique hashtags to promote giving and saying thanks this time of year.
Today, we'd like to ask for everyone to help promote awareness of the ODTUG Kscope17 Community Service Day. We will be partnering with Haven for Hope, a place for new beginnings for people in Bexar County (San Antonio) who are experiencing homelessness. The ODTUG Twitter profile will be posting a number of tweets promoting Community Service Day throughout the day today, 11/29/16. We'd love to see as many posts and retweets as possible promoting the day using the #KscopeGivesBack hashtag!
"Today is #GivingTuesday! #KscopeGivesBack during #Kscope17 by helping San Antonians in need! Learn more: http://ow.ly/pAD9306Bcwc"
On behalf of the entire ODTUG Kscope17 team, thank you for your help in spreading awareness about Community Service Day!
At ODTUG, we have so much to be thankful for – community, opportunities, friendship, education, collaboration, fellowship, and fun. But we are never more powerful than when we take our time and give to others.
Once again, our Kscope17 attendees will have the opportunity to give back to the host community by volunteering on the Saturday before the official start of the conference. Community Service Day is Saturday, June 24, 2017. We will be partnering with Haven for Hope, a place for new beginnings for people in Bexar County (San Antonio) who are experiencing homelessness.
ODTUGers will help clean and beautify the Courtyard premises, sort and stock the free store, serve a morning coffee to the residents, or host a fun game of bingo. Want to lend a helping hand? It’s easy to sign up! Simply select the Community Service Day option when you are registering. If you’ve already registered, log in to your registration and add it to your record.
Thank you for your generosity in giving your time. When we gather together, we can truly make a difference.
