John Flack is a software architect whose clients are mostly agencies of the US Federal Government, especially the Department of Health and Human Services. John acts as a database administrator, designer, and developer. He is lead developer on several projects with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. John has been writing technical papers and giving presentations on Oracle-related topics since 1989. He has presented at Collaborate, MAOP, and Kscope. On June 3, 2010, he was named an Oracle ACE. John was the ADF and MAF content chair for Kscope15, and he is the lead moderator of the ADF Enterprise Methodology Group (ADF EMG): https://sites.google.com/site/oracleemg/adf.
